- We strongly encouraged you to upload clear, front-facing, full-body photos with no obstructions. Bright-coloured, patterned clothing is recommended.
- We will send the customized design to your email address within 5 business day once order is placed.
- You are entitled for one free design revision. Please ensure you communicate your modification requests in short and concise manner.
- You Mini Mate will be manufactured within 5 business days once the design is approved by you.
- If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design and production have not started, a full refund is available.
- If design work has started, only a 50% refund is available.
- If production has started, no refund or return is possible.
- Note: All Brick Figures and scene accessories are packaged and designed separately. Assembly instructions are provided separately. Please follow them to assemble your items after receiving them.
