Refund Policy

• If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and design and production have not started, a full refund is available.
• If design work has started, only a 50% refund is available.
• If production has started, no refund or return is possible.
• Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

Note: All Brick Figures and scene accessories are packaged and designed separately. Assembly instructions are provided separately. Please follow them to assemble your items after receiving them.

  • Our customer service team will review your request within 24 business hours, and you will receive the relevant refund instructions by email if it complies with our return terms.
